The Forge on Main Apartment Complex, built for House Investments, are now open! The complex consists of 180 studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. Additionally, the complex features an amenity space with a meeting room, training facilities, and a resident lounge. Over 20,000 Square feet of commercial space was also built as part of this complex, and is currently available for leasing. A new 10,000 square foot Dollar General Market will be beginning in late 2022 on the corner of Main Street and Illinois Street.
