Primrose retirement community
Newburgh, Indiana
This project consisted of a new construction of an up scale retirement community in Newburgh, Indiana. The community spans thirteen acres, and took thirteen months from foundations to completion. The community consists of a two story 98,000 SF Main Building, which has forty Assisted Living units and thirty-six Independent Living Units, a 24,912 SF twenty-four unit Memory Care Facility, and five duplex Villa Apartment buildings.
